Gunz Crew, hell hath frozen over…or boiled its way up to the surface, however it seems fit for you to say! Ron Gunz is uploading videos on the YouTube! Do not be surprised if you see a ton of content over time, given that I’m doing my best to dedicate at least one video per week.
At the moment, the main focus of current & upcoming videos will be on my weight loss journey that goes as far back as 2008. I recently uploaded an intro to this series on how I got so big, then the weight loss that occurred in 2008, 2009 & 2010 respectively. I can easily say that while 2008 & 2009 had plenty for me to speak on, 2010 was a year of keeping the rhythm going in order to keep the loss happening as I wanted to be as far from my old weight of 385-390 as possible.
