What makes a good neighbor?
It starts with me saying “Wassup my” followed by neighbor. Once they get that greeting, they’re a good neighbor!
They’re not obnoxiously loud, doesn’t abhorrently argue with their family or significant other, doesn’t block you from getting your car out by parking theirs in a bad spot.
