• NASM Certified Personal Trainer! More announcements!

  Attention Gunz Crew,

  It’s official — Ron Gunz is officially a NASM Certified Personal Trainer! After losing sleep and studying and quizzing to near-death, I made it last week — and on Halloween at that! This is a wonderful moment because it brings everything in my platform into full circle.

  If you haven’t noticed yet, big changes have come to the Book/Music/Merch section, as I have made my work available for purchase directly, of which is now also payable via PayPal. If you would like to contribute via Cash App, simply download the app, link your method of payment and wire to $RonGunzOfficial and you’re good to go.

  Given that my EPs are simply that, I have made them available with the “Pay As You Want” format, with $1 being the minimum. With each purchase, you’re getting exclusive artwork for the specific items you purchase. I’ve kept Where My Voice Cannot Speak at regular pricing, as well as my eBooks for obvious reasons.

  I also wanted to remind everyone that Wherever I Feel is releasing 11/11/18 this Sunday! In addition to being certified, I am also inviting up to 7 people that would like to do 3 months of fitness with yours truly online! This includes consultation, goals and workout program. This is also including accountability with nutrition goals as well.

• End of 2015 — a Ron Gunz retrospective.

  To my wonderful Gunz Crew,

  This has been quite the fun year — as an artist, an author, a fitness enthusiast and as a husband and father and thankfully, I got to hare some of that with all of you!

  I started the year at 292 pounds with 24% fat and dropped to a good 242 pounds with 16.2 % body fat.

  Wherever I Feel, the upcoming 2nd album, is at almost 90% completion. I can’t wait to share this new album as soon as it’s done in 2016!

  Lorimer turned 2 and thus far has manifested herself as the most awesome 2 year old a father could possibly have — calling me her best friend, hugging and kissing and today learned to go up and down the stairs in the house by herself without as much as a bump!

  2016 is looking to be an awesome but also a challenging year. There are things I’ve got in development, things I want to as well. If 2015 sucked for you, 2016 should be seen as an opportunity for positive change — for your mind, body, spirit, soul and environment.
