Ahoy Gunz Crew,
Amidst WrestleMania weekend and a brutalizing 3 days of training last week, where the exercises I put time into required 5 rep pyramid but AMRAP* sets on the way down, I will definitely be posting blogs regarding the nature of my training, the process I mentally go through when putting it together and include what I eat in preparation of my training for the week.
This will also include factors such as time constraints (if leading up to getting to work right away vs. dedicating extra time for physical development) and rep range per exercise (not always per set).
I have also recently picked up my Redhead guitar and begun to practice and fiddle with it for the first time in months. Don’t be surprised if I start dropping EPs within the year. For those that prefer full LPs (or albums), just wait around after I put a 3rd EP out when I start rolling music out.
Just stay tuned as I intend to put more content out in the coming months prior to my flight back to New York.
